ASDIC series modules are high-efficiency step-down DC/DC converters designed for use in CCTV systems. They can be used in applications where galvanic isolation between circuits is required, for example to eliminate interference in non-isolated DC power supply systems.
The OF (Open Frame) design allows the device to be installed in any enclosure, although the most convenient method is to use dedicated ABOX series enclosures and mounting plates with a special 10.8 mm hole pattern. The spacing matches the mounting holes of the built-in modules. This system allows vertical or horizontal installation of selected devices in any perforated section of the enclosure or mounting plate.
