IPP-1-20-HS Gigabit LAN + PoE Surge protector
Description
Surge protector for 10/100/1000 Mbps Gigabit Ethernet devices and Passive / 802.3af / 802.3at PoE, 1-channel, with RJ45-to-RJ45 connectors (unshielded).
IPP series modules safeguard Ethernet networks against voltage surges by absorbing transient electrical spikes. Compatible with all PoE standards and Gigabit Ethernet networks, the modules function without a ground connection, limiting surges between conductors. Connecting a ground allows the energy to be safely discharged to earth, improving protection performance.
The device lowers voltage to a safe level, reducing the risk of failures. It requires no external power and does not interfere with data transmission. It can be used to protect IP CCTV devices, wired Ethernet network equipment, Wi-Fi devices, and similar systems.
The design allows the device to be installed in any enclosure. Its compact size enables mounting in junction boxes designed for cameras.
