IP-3-30-L2 Kit for up to 3 IP cameras + 2 SFP ports

IP-3-30-L2 is a PoE kit for up to 3 IP cameras (3x 802.3af/at PoE ports and 1x input port) featuring 2 SFP ports. The kit is designed for fiber-optic installations; two SFP ports provide simultaneous fiber optic input and output.

IP-3-30-L2 is a ready-to-use distribution unit designed to power IP cameras in large-scale fiber-optic installations.

The IP-3-30-L2 kit includes:

• xFIBER-6-30-OF – 4-port PoE switch with two SFP ports
• APS-90-550-OF – 55 V power supply with a maximum power output of 96 W
• ABOX-L2 – outdoor enclosure with IP56 protection rating, cable glands: 10xM16, 1xM20

The built-in PoE switch supports RING mode. By default, the device is set to "slave" mode. For the ring topology to function properly (prevent network loops) one module must be configured as "master" to manage data transmission through the SFP ports.

To change the operating mode of the xFIBER-6-30-OF, press and hold the "SET" button for approximately 3 seconds until the adjacent LED starts blinking. Then, switch modes with a single press and confirm the selection by pressing and holding the button again for 3 seconds. In "master" mode, the SET LED should light up blue.

xFIBER-6-30-OF features a technical output (open collector) that indicates:

• LOOP – a network loop on the RJ45 ports
• RING_F – proper ring topology operation (indicated only by the device operating in "master" mode)

The RING_F output indicates the status of the RING topology. A high output level indicates that the ring topology is operating normally, while a low output level indicates that the RING has been interrupted.

This technical output can be connected to an alarm control panel or any controller supporting open-collector outputs.

The ABOX series outdoor enclosures provide a convenient solution for protecting devices and cable connections installed in outdoor conditions. High-quality plastic ensures resistance to UV radiation and other harsh weather conditions. The available models come equipped with a mounting plate featuring specially designed holes in a 10.8 mm pattern. This layout is fully compatible with the mounting hole pattern of installation modules. The system design allows selected devices to be mounted vertically or horizontally in any perforated section of the mounting plate.
